    Hello everyone, we’re pleased to announce an upcoming webinar “Ins and Outs of U.S. Ingredient Labeling: It May Not Be What You Expect.”

    It’s happening Tuesday Feb 25th, 1-2pm ET / 10-11am PT. During the webinar Melissa Grzybowski and I will provide insights about such topics as collective naming, the expanded vs. composite approach, and/or labeling, incidental additives, spices, flavors and color additives. We’ll also share the labeling standards for consistency that we use at Food Consulting Company.
