Prioritize what needs to get done, then encourage yourself to get the most important things done first. Eat a healthy diet and don’t skip your workouts. We all know this, right? But, sometimes it helps to have a little reminder to do this, because stress can cause you to throw caution to the wind and skip on the healthy stuff like energy boosting foods and exercise. Finally make sure to get your sleep. Research has shown that getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night will help you stay focused longer and be more productive the next day. If you follow these four simple steps, you can beat the stress in your life.
