Happy Holidays! Switching billers can be time consuming and stressful. Our goal at Nutrition Practice Management is to take the stress out of private practice. If you need to setup a new account with the clearinghouse Office Ally, we will do it for you!
For 2020, any new billing customer will get a full setup with Office Ally:
All electronic billing request forms (EDI)
Electronic remittance forms (ERA)
Stop the paper EOBs, have all your payment information sent to 1 place. Our billers will not only submit your claims, we track them through to payment, collect the payment information in Office Ally, and close the bills in your EMR. We will also manage any denials and offer insurance verification calls before you see new clients.
All included in our $1.50 per unit billed fee (with no minimums).
