Apply for the 2008 Nutrition Entrepreneur DPG OUTSTANDING NUTRITION ENTREPRENEUR AWARD or nominate a colleague.

Each year NE recognizes the accomplishments of an NE member who demonstrates originality, dedication, and an entrepreneurial spirit that reflects the values of the NEDPG.

The recipient will receive a check for $1,000 and be recognized for the honor at FNCE and on the NE Website. Here is the information you need to know:

• To apply, you must be a NE member for a minimum of two consecutive years.
• All entries must be submitted no later than May 15, 2008.
• Current NE Executive Committee members are not eligible.

Complete the following information and then press "Submit." (Required fields are marked.) The information you entered will be emailed to the NE Director of Awards and Networking to consider for the award.

In addition to the questions below, each applicant must submit two letters of support. These letters should come from people that are able to describe the applicant’s entrepreneurial and professional skills and accomplishments. Each letter should be no more than one page in length (maximum 300 words). Letters of support are due via email by May 15, 2008 to Kimberly Dong (Kimberly.dong@tufts.edu). Letters must be sent as a Word document or pdf format. The letters must be sent from the person writing the letter. Letters of support provided through the applicant will not be accepted.
